Massachusetts Non-Medical Home Care Regulations
Atilex Home Care Services LLC operates in compliance with Massachusetts regulations governing non-medical home care agencies. We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy, or other services that require licensure as a home health agency.
CORI Background Screening
All caregivers undergo Massachusetts Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) checks through the MA Criminal History Systems Board (CHSB) prior to employment. CORI checks are renewed every 2 years for all direct care staff.
Insurance Requirements
Atilex maintains general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for all employees. Clients are protected by our agency's insurance policy throughout the care relationship.
Data Privacy — 201 CMR 17.00
All client personal information is stored and protected in accordance with the Massachusetts Data Security Regulations (201 CMR 17.00). We do not sell or share client data with third parties.
Non-Medical Services Disclaimer
Atilex provides non-medical home care services only. We do not provide medical advice, clinical assessments, diagnoses, nursing care, medication management as a medical act, or emergency medical services. For emergencies, call 911.
VA Community Care Program
Atilex works with Veterans and their families regarding non-medical home care services. Veterans interested in coverage through VA benefits should contact the VA or a VA-accredited benefits counselor for eligibility information.
